MEU World Design Contest | Design Contest #1 - Valentine's Day

Whether your artistic career is limited to hidden notebooks jammed in a closet, only to be seen by your mother, or has the honor of work hanging in a 9’x9’ frame in the entryway of the MoDa, Meu wants your ideas and creativity! We are looking for talented, and maybe not-so-talented, right-brainers to take our Valentine’s Day theme and look at it from your Buddy Holly black frames. Stretch it out, color it in, break it down. Do whatever you have to in order to win the contest and win an Apple iPod Touch or Nintendo Wii!!

Now, we know that many of you creative minds also have to handle the responsibilities of the real world: homework, tests, 9 to 5s, walking the dog, cleaning the dishes. That being said, you have over one month! Whether you attack projects with the energy of three espressos, or procrastinate to the very last second, be sure to submit your design by February 28, 2009. Then, on March 1, 2009, our panel will choose the top three winners. Decisions will be based on the following requirements:

- Appeal

- Creativity

- Marketability

- Ability to capture the Meu spirit and contest theme, in this case, Valentine’s Day.
