MEU offers the following Returns Policy: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund. Returns are accepted for up to 365 days from the purchase date. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original packaging. Return shipping is absolutely free. We will provide you with a pre-paid UPS domestic or USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us. To use our pre-paid labels, shipments must be made from the United States.

If you need to cancel your order, or change information within your existing order, please contact us as soon as possible.

MEU offers the following Shipping Policy: All orders shipped to a destination within the United States or its territories, or to APO or FPO addresses are shipped free of charge via Standard Shipping. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. We currently do not accept international orders.
